SCHEDULE DETAILS
Arrival: Check-in is between 4-5pm on Sunday, Oct 27th. Dinner will be served at 6 followed by an orientation circle from 7-8pm
Departure: Program ends by 1pm on Wednesday, Oct 30th. If you are booking flights, please make sure your departing flight leaves no earlier than 4pm.

Cancelation Policy for Accommodations at Rolling Ridge
31 days or more prior to the start of the immersion, you may request a full refund of your accommodations and meals minus a $50 administrative fee
30 days or less prior to the start of the immersion, refunds are no longer possible unless your rooming reservation is refilled, in which case you may request a refund minus a $100 administrative fee

Scroll Craft 2024 Retreat: Program, Accommodations and Meals
All inclusive prices cover program fee, supplies, lodging and all meals for 3 nights and 3 days starting with dinner upon arrival and ending with lunch before departure. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free or other specific food needs, allergies, or restrictions can be accommodated. Tea, coffee, and hot cocoa will be available throughout the day in the fireside room. Guest fridge and microwave available at all times.
